Kate Stephenson found her passion for food while studying as a chef at the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork, Ireland. Ballymaloe is a situated on a 100-acre organic farm, a step back in time to the simpler ways of creating delicious food from the land.
To Kate, finding a balance between what your body needs to feel nourished and what your body craves to feel satisfied is the goal. Kate will be soon be offering meal delivery throughout Richmond that are geared towards a holistic approach of mindful eating.
