Kendall and Chase Appich are passionate about food and a road less traveled, bringing Wisconsin-style frozen custard to Richmond. Jiji was inspired by a desire to live a fulfilled life, building a community of custard loving enthusiasts that take the time to find joy in life's smallest, and most delicious moments.
Custard is not ice cream, the process to create this deliciousness is very complex. It is served FRESH everytime, churned slow using egg yolks and less air to create an ultra creamy, decadent frozen treat.
