Located in Shockoe Slip, Whisk is a French-inspired bakery that combines classic technique with fun, innovative flavors and top-notch vibes. Owner Morgan Botwinick came to us in 2014 with a head full of amazing recipes, a devout farmers market following (then under the name Sugar Baking Co), and an idea. Morgan wanted to take her French Culinary Institute education and put it to good use, whipping up pastries, breads, macarons, and other treats for Richmond to feast on at a hip brick & mortar bakery.
